  • Tuesday
    • Morning 45 mins hill trails
    • Afternoon 30 hard run
  • Wednesday 4 * 1km each one 3mins 45s 1km warm up 1km warm down
  • Thursday 45 mins
  • Friday
    • Morning 45 mins
    • Afternoon 45 mins
  • Saturday 31km easy
  • Sunday Full day skiing (legs like jelly) then night run 1 hour

My right Achilles is sore after something aggravated on Friday hopefully it will recover through the week.
