- Monday Rest
- Tuesday 1 hr run
- Wednesday Hill Sprints (Over did it legs were like lead after it)
- Thursday 1 hr night run
- Friday 1hr 30mins in torrential rain (like a drowned rat after it)
- Saturday (Missed my run)
- Sunday 42km 4hrs 7 mins (7 laps round the park tracks with small hills)
- Should have run further but ran out of juice (not metaphorically)
Walked into the pool after the Sunday run the temp gauge read 7 deg C but it felt more like -7.
Legs feel fine after the run possibly helped by the immersion in cold water but I dont think I will do it again as it was bloody cold!
