  • Monday 30 light jog
  • Tuesday 1hr 10 mins hard
  • Wednesday 12 * 200m (Was almost puking at the 8th and 9th)
  • Thursday 1 hour hard
  • Friday 1hour easy
  • Saturday 40 mins easy
  • Sunday 1hr 30 mins hills
Late writing this week up as I must have forgotten to do it last week
