Felt very bad on the Saturday but made good recovery on the Sunday ran for the first time with a sports drink and forced myself to have a mouthful every 15 mins. First time I have finished a long run and could pee! Just had the race pack sent through. A little concerned with some of the wording it looks like we will be 'weighted' at the checkpoints.
