- Wednesday 8 * 400m
- Thursday Full day Skiing (Cross training)
- Friday Half day Skiing
- Saturday 1.5 hours
- Sunday Full day Skiing
First week of my holidays combined with the slopes at Isola opening, clear blue skys and Martin turning up did not create a high milage week.
