- Friday 1 hour Easy
- Saturday 50 mins easy hills
- Sunday 3 hours 15 mins Hills
2 Weeks until the highland fling and the nerves are starting to jingle. The fact that it was 8 weeks since my last really big run might have something to do with it. That and reading that everybody else doing the race seems to be doing 7 hours +. The next few days will be an exercise of staying calm and not trying to do all the training I think I should have done before the race.
Will opt for conservitism and ramp down to the race then pick it back up for the main event providing I get past the fling in one piece.
