After last year's "successful" disaster of 31 hours, and nearly 4 months of recovery I hesitated to put my name forward for race number 4. So I have set some goals to reach through the training plan and providing I can stay on track then I will be on the start line.
Already off to a bad start when I twisted my ankle and inflamed the tendons 2 weeks ago after a 25Km run but feeling rested now and will hopefully be back on track by the end of the week. Ibroprofen really is a fantastic drug.
