Just after the marathon I was ill for 3-4 weeks (possible piggy flu but more likely man flu) I have been struggeling to find my legs and get back into it. Got out a few times in the past couple of weeks but there is no speed so a fast time in the January prom classic 10k is out the question aim for as close to 40mins as comfartable.
