31 Weeks to go

Hard to define where week 1 should really start, but I suspect where the blog starts is as good a place as any.
So Week 1
  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: 6.5km sub 30 mins
  • Wednesday: 4 * 800m with 200m recovery plus warm up / down
  • Thursday: 'Missed'
  • Friday: 18km 1h 30m
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: 4hrs 20m 2000m ascent 26km
