- Wednesday 4 * 1km each one 3mins 45s 1km warm up 1km warm down
- Thursday 45 mins
- Friday
- Morning 45 mins
- Afternoon 45 mins
- Saturday 31km easy
- Sunday Full day skiing (legs like jelly) then night run 1 hour
My right Achilles is sore after something aggravated on Friday hopefully it will recover through the week.
