- Wednesday Missed (Car Blew up! No seriously the car blew up. Wife driving!!)

- Sunday Cannes Semi Marathon was looking to beat my PB but after last Sunday was not expecting to. At the 10Km mark I was just under 45 mins and feeling good. Managed to hold it together for a 1hr 34 mins 38s. Very happy - that's 8 mins off my previous best and I'm sure I could find another four mins.
