I have entered in next years race, sub 24hr's is the goal.
My first goal will be the Nice marathon in 12 weeks so holiday over and back to the training.

Essentially the object is simple: you start at Milngavie Railway Station (7miles north of Glasgow) at 1am on 19th June & run/jog/walk to Fort William Leisure Centre by noon on the 20th June, 35 hours to cover 153km (95 miles) including 4499m (14760ft) of ascent. The distance may not sound a lot but the total ascent is where the real pain is generated.

Brett, is that the Nice to Cannes marathon on 9 November? if so I'll see you there - I'm going over with Phil Tipping, who is also in next year's WHW race.
