Still not shifted the cold so started to run anyway and on the Tuesday night I felt terrible and was hacking up crud out my lungs so I missed the Wednesday and Thursday sessions. Foot is starting to feel like it will hold together. Spoke to a friend who is a serious runner and got some good advice on getting back into the swing without doing too much.
