- Tuesday (Christmas day! Ate half a goose and heaven only knows how many of those little sausages)
- Wednesday Ran/Walked for 1 hour with 16kg (Son) on my back. Plus hill sprints in evening.
- Thursday Ran 18km 1hr 28min
- Friday 50 min run
- Saturday 1 hour easy trail run
- Sunday 37.2 Km in 3 hour 30 mins
Have the Nice prom Classic 10k race this Sunday, hopefully get sub 45min but we will see.
